What is a blindbox?
A blindbox is a sealed package where you don't know which design is inside until you open it. That's not a bug. That's the whole experience. You order, you receive, you discover.
Can I choose my design?
No. The design you receive is a surprise. If you order the complete set of 6, you get all 6 different designs with no repeats. There is also a secret edition. 1 in 36 orders contains it.
Will I get a duplicate if I order again?
No. We track every order by email. If you've already received a design, we make sure your next order contains one you haven't gotten yet.
Is Hikari created with AI?
Hikari was created by Anna Dudko, an independent illustrator who designed every version, every detail, and every animation by hand. No AI was used in the creation of this character or any of her designs. You can follow her work at @andy.rooth on Instagram
What are the shipping times?
Orders ship next day from ordering. Delivery within Europe typically 4-8 business days. Outside the EU may be subject to customs fees. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
What is your return policy?
Because each bag is a surprise, we don't accept returns based on design preference. That's part of the blindbox experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. We recommend recording yourself when opening your package. In the unlikely event something arrives damaged, that footage is the fastest way for us to resolve it and send you a replacement.
